Come relax in the Dominican Republic

The concept

The image of a kaleidoscope of landscapes is often when we speak of the Dominican Republic. Beaches, rainforests, lagoons, waterfalls, landscape diversity infuses the magic land and energy.

Blending of landscapes but also of peoples, cultures and traditions, the Dominican Republic is a land of encounter and exchange and you come back transformed.

Do you rock the space of a residence by its idyllic setting, let the various energies of nature ancestral grab you, get energy from place to dive to depths of yourself and finally meet you.

Program

The trips take place over a period of 9 days and 7 nights.

Framed by our team, enjoy a free time between rhythmic program and workshops to suit your needs.

4 to 6 hours per day at your convenience, you will participate in various workshops designed by us combining relaxation and rediscovery of self.

Lunch will be around a vegetarian buffet if you want, and dinner will be served at table.

Various activities will be offered as an option to discover the Dominican Republic: hiking beach, waterfall hiking, visiting parks and reserves; at sea on fishing boats and grill freshly caught fish, lobster dinner …

The organization and the shop floor, can possibly be modified and adapted positively to the level of the group and its energy

Reservation

We suggest you to escape throughout the year. The Living Being Self are based on serenity, relaxation, self-rediscovery. They are designed in a spirit of participation for the exchange and are limited to a number of participants from 8 to 12 people. The price of your stay to be so naturally varies depending on season and number of participants.
